Email Setup Instructions

Howl’n Dog Email Setup

When Howl’n Dog sets up your email service you will be provided the necessary login information for your account.

  • Email Address
  • Email Account ID
  • Email Incoming and Outgoing Server Addresses

The default mail setup uses mailhost.constantdatacenter.com as the POP3, IMAP and SMTP servers. For an additional fee you can choose to set up an independent mail server (i.e., mailhost.yourdomain.com). This does require a unique IP address for the server and a domain specific security certificate for the server..

The following guides you through the set up parameters for Outlook and Thunderbird. If you are using another email software program, please check the instructions for setting up your software.

You can also access your mail through the web mail service at:
https://mailhost.constantdatacenter.com:20000
This also gives you access to your email properties. If you are using a POP account, you can use this service to manage your spam folder.

Use your email account id and password to log in.
